The invention relates to reinforcing elements used for the manufacture of dispersion-reinforced reinforced concrete structures. The closest to the invention is a reinforcing element for dispersed reinforcement of concrete, containing a steel strip with a wavy relief of the NW surface. The wavy relief of the surface of this reinforcing element is obtained by deforming it in the transverse direction, therefore, when mixed in Betol, such reinforcing elements interlock, form lumps and unevenly spread in the concrete mix, which reduces the strength of the reinforced concrete. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of reinforced concrete. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the reinforcing element for dispersed reinforcement of concrete containing a steel strip with a wavy relief of the surface, the strip is made in the form of needle-shaped chips, while the wave of the rail is oriented along its length with an inclination to the longitudinal axis. The reinforcement element is a needle-shaped chip 1 with a wavy surface relief formed by thin folds 2 and rough waves 3 of different height, oriented along the length of the chip inclined to its longitudinal axis. One of the longitudinal edges of the 4 chips is made pointed. Part of the surface 5 of the chip is made flat. Chips are formed by treating the surface of a steel ingot with a cylindrical cutter. When mixed with the concrete mix, the reinforcing elements are evenly distributed in the mix without the formation of lumps, which increases the strength of the reinforced concrete. The strength of concrete also increases due to the fact that reinforcing elements have an increased surface due to inclined folds and waves, which increases adhesion to concrete.
